Our experienced personal trainer, Karen Pape MS, CES, PES, CPT, CTPS brings her clinical expertise to her clientele.  She's become a trainer to the trainers who appreciate her knowledge of the kinetic chain and functional movement.  She's able to assess, correct and train her clients to get them back to the active lifestyles they enjoy.  Her specialties include:

Sports Conditioning and Performance Enhancement

Corrective exercise — exercise targeted to help resolve or prevent injury (i.e., low back pain, sciatica, plantar fascitis, knee pain, shoulder pain)

Post-partum weight loss

Functional Movement Screen

Small Group Personal Training

  • Intense 45 minute sessions in groups of 6 people or less
  • Flexibility training, Circuit training, Resistance exercises, Interval Training
  • Session times: Tuesday/Thursday 6pm and Friday 12:15pm
  • Sessions are ongoing (space must be reserved in advance)
