PERSONAL TRAINING

Our experienced personal trainer, Karen Pape MS,  brings her clinical expertise to her clientele.  She's able to assess, correct and train her clients to get them back to the active lifestyles they enjoy.  Her specialties include:

Movement Therapy and Performance Enhancement.

Corrective exercise — exercise targeted to help resolve or prevent injury (i.e., low back pain, sciatica, plantar fascitis, knee pain, shoulder pain)

Small Group Personal Training

  • Intense 45 minute sessions in groups of 6 people or less
  • Flexibility training, Circuit training, Resistance exercises, Interval Training
  • Session times: Tuesday/Thursday 6pm and Friday 12:15pm
  • Sessions are ongoing (space must be reserved in advance)
